Cape Town City Council has ...</title><content type='html'>4 January 2012 update.&lt;br /&gt;Cape Town City Council has release some reports on the stadium&amp;#39;s cost on condition that ProjectPro does not publish the information.&lt;br /&gt;In December 2011 ProjectPro made its second application for the cost report in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act.
